What does Yunnan Dian Hong taste like?

Yunnan Dian Hong is a Chinese black tea known for honey-like sweetness and a smooth, jammy finish. Reforox DRIFT tasting notes: Honey, Jammy. Zero bitterness.

No equipment needed. Hang the drip bag sachet over your cup. Pour hot water (90–100°C / 194–212°F) just enough to cover the leaves, wait 5 seconds to awaken them. Then continue pouring slowly to taste — anywhere from a small cup to 1 liter. The same sachet can keep going. Strength adjusts to you.

You need: A cup and hot water. That's it.

1. Hang the bag on your cup rim.
2. Pour just enough hot water to cover the leaves. Steep 5s — the first drip-through awakens the leaves.
3. Continue pouring slowly, up to 1L to taste. (Tea may drip through on its own, or start flowing after more water is added.)
4. Steep longer to taste, or remove the bag. We drink it black — the tea is naturally sweet.
